Bodega Cares is a start up Home Care Agency founded in 2023 by Chief Operating Officer Joel Feliciano and Chief Visionary Officer Chance Wheeler.

The idea to form our own agency was conceived back in 2020 during the covid-19 pandemic due to the unprecedented and growing need of Elder Care in the United States.

Since then, we have been building Bodega Cares from the ground up, creating a system that works efficiently and a business that works for our people… the community.

Backed by over 25 years experience in Home Care, Operations, Organizational Development and Community Organizing, we are very passionate for our friends in the home care community and our number one goal at Bodega Cares is to simply do more.

Our first priority is our community and our mission is to serve persons of all ages in a manner that values human dignity, respects diversity, and enhances physical, mental, and emotional well-being.

We may now be owner operators of a home care agency, but at our core, we are caregivers with a vision and the drive to create better pathways to in-home care, secure employment opportunities, and accessibility to care regardless of one’s economic status.
